Sverre in Rallycross Norden
Sverre Isachsen could clinch the Nordic Championship in rallycross this weekend.
-The European Championship is the most important for me, but I won the first race in “Rallycross Norden” in May, and I’m hoping to win this weekend in Strängnäs, Sweden, as well.
If he does that he will be this years winner of the division 1 class in “Rallycross Norden”. A race at Lyngås, Norway, was also planned, but was cancelled.
-That’s sad, because I wanted to race in front of my home fans, but maybe I can drive a race at Lyngås this fall after all. I have to see what happens with the races in the USA first, the 39 year old Norwegian says.
But first of all Sverre need to focus on the race this weekend. A lot of his competitors from the ERC are also in Strängnäs, so it will be an interesting fight.
